â¢ Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for our Recharge and Utilities business, focused on key metrics in terms of Strategy, Team management, Growth Management
â¢ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation:
â¢ Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective ‘reach out’ programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns
â¢ Manage end to end consumer life cycle management for the business vertical
â¢ Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business
â¢ Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behavior
â¢ Ensured cohesive and impactful platform-level marketing communications with end-to-end ownership.
â¢ Led marketing tech projects to optimise growth marketing and achieve results.
Introduced innovative distribution channels like WhatsApp, RCS, IVR and more to enhance user engagement.
â¢ Collaborated seamlessly with Brand, Design, Product, and Tech teams to drive groundbreaking initiatives, elevate user experience, and achieve strong PL performance.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
â¢At least 7+ year of merchandising experience in either fintech/e-commerce or digital tech forward company
â¢Skills: CleverTap, Revenue & Profit Growth, Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Retention, Customer Acquisition Strategy, Performance Marketing
â¢Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
â¢Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
â¢Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Business teams
